Durusu Villas is a 41-villa residential development spanning 32,000 m² in Arnavutköy, Istanbul. The architectural language blends traditional Mediterranean residential morphology with a contemporary luxury vision, featuring travertine stone cladding, wooden shutters, wrought-iron balcony railings and clay tile roofing.

The site plan is structured around organic road axes, positioning each villa to maximize natural light, landscape views and outdoor living.
